I ordered a dress from Lulus i was a little nervous about how the sizing was going to turn out because ordering clothes online can be such a guessing game sometimes. I took a few minutes to check the size chart and compare it to my measurements, and I’m glad I did because it ended up being accurate for me. The dress fit really nicely when I tried it on, not too tight or awkward anywhere, and the length was good too, which is something I always worry about. Overall, I was really happy with how it looked and felt, and it was definitely a pleasant surprise.

I kind of assumed it would take a while, so in my head I just expected the usual waiting game. But it showed up faster than I thought, which was a nice surprise.

By the time someone finally gave me a clear answer, it was already too late to fix it. The dress itself was fine, no complaints there. BUT WOW, the whole support part made the order way more stressful than it needed to be. Not a disaster, just slow and really annoying.

I found what I needed quickly, which I appreciated because I don’t like wasting time digging around a site. Browsing was mostly easy for me, but a few pages loaded slower than I wanted, and I wish the sizing info had been clearer so I didn’t have to second-guess myself.
Placing the order wasn’t hard, but the checkout felt a little clunky to me. I also would’ve liked better shipping updates, since I like knowing exactly where my stuff is. Overall, it was fine, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I don’t know why some people act like cute clothes can’t also be easy to wear, but these really are. The designs are super cute, they actually look good on, and I can throw them on without overthinking it. I’m happy with them.

exchanging my dress for a smaller size was simple. The process was easy to follow, and I got the refund update faster than I expected. No hassle at all, so I’m happy with how it went.

To be fair, I wasn’t expecting anything super high-end, but the item didn’t really match the photos for me. The color looked different in person, and the fabric felt cheaper than it appeared online. I just wish the pictures had been a bit more accurate.
