Recently, I ordered a jumpsuit for my graduation. I was quit skeptical due to the delivery from the USA to Germany. Despite of that the parcel only took a week to arrive without any complications.
Lulu provides a fit-quide and thanks to this tool the jumpsuit fits perfectly:)

We ordered a dress and received it quickly but unfortunately, it was not the dress we ordered. I contacted customer service and they reassured me that I would not be charged any return or restocking fees. I sent the dress back and we received a full refund in less than a week. Though our purchase didn't work this time, I would definitely shop with them again.

The sizing is WAY off!! I ordered a 5.5 (normally 5). I don’t think I would fit in 6.5.

I have been a customer of Lulu's for years, when I was living in the US I ordered constantly so I was very excited to see them now shipping to the UK. Unfortunately, the service in the UK is not at all like it is in the US. Beware of ridiculous return fares, in the US returns are free (which is a huge appeal for customers!), but in the UK it's like £40! They claim to 'provide prepaid return labels for international customers by Global-e' but this option did not work - it was disabled. The only option was a DHL return service all the way back to the US which was nearly £40. This was really sneaky of them and it's very upsetting to get such different service. If Lulu's can't provide the same level of customer care as they do in their original business in the US, then they should not operate elsewhere. I am definitely not buying anything from Lulu's anymore. This was a terribly upsetting experience.

I recently ordered a number of items from Lulu's. I need to return some of them as they don't fit. I have tried to submit the return on line but it won't work. I contacted their customer service but they were no help. Now I am stuck with an order I can't return. Very poor customer service. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.

I live in Colorado and I am on a trip to San Jose California. I placed an order for a few dresses to be delivered to my hotel. I kept checking the tracking and it says that it was delivered to the Marriott on Wednesday the 26th. It is now Friday and I still have not received my package. No one at the hotel can find it or can confirm that it was delivered. My order number is. ORDER DETAILS: #413048431. I have called Lulu‘s multiple times and keep getting put on hold or hung up on. I am extremely frustrated as my vacation is coming to an end and I am leaving here without any of my items. Don’t trust this company! I have read so many of their terrible reviews now, I have decided to do my own. I wish they could just cancel my whole order and forget this nightmare never happened.

I requested the prepaid returns label 4 days ago and still haven’t had an email back. I am running out of time to send the items back within the refund time period!!

disgusting quality and disgusting customer service. dont waste money or time, their items are so cheap that the sizes are really really off. dont purchase or support this

I couldn't find a way of contacting anyone at Lulus so left a review here. Someone was in touch within 24hrs and helped me resolve the issues. I was impressed with their speed and helpfulness. Email is love at lulus dot com.

However, if you are in Europe please note Lulus is based in California. The cost of returning my dress was a third of the cost of the dress. Absolutely not worth buying items you might need to return so be sure before you buy.

Beware if you are outside US, looks like a normal UK site until I went to return and I realised the high return fees - over £50 to send back. I ordered multiple dresses for my hen party but returned them all as they were poor quality, most were see through! Customer service is shocking and do not feel they are advertising their return etc as they should. Bad company and bad service would never use again

Don't purchase from Lulu's if you live outside the US. This is a classic American site where at first glance, appears to have a Canadian version but instead has currency conversions and customs fees included so it doesn't flag your attention easily.

This experience has reminded me that there are still some businesses out there that will distracted from their terms and conditions with self appointed comments about how great they are and, that in these days, you still need to go searching for all the hidden information yourself.

Customer service could have responded a little faster and read my email properly before responding. It wasn't terrible though.

The dress itself did not meet their own measuring charts (I'm very rarely not a XS) and although beautiful, the craftsmanship isn't the best (I assume from China) and the zipper is garbage and likely won't last long.

Super disappointed with LuLu's. I became complacent with other online shops that make returns easy. There is noway to shop with trust with this company and there are many other options out there with better exchange and return policies.

I love this place! The best customer service in online shopping. I am an avid online shopper so I’ve reached out to many locations for customer service help. My items are always cute and have lasted me years. I’ve been shopping with Lulus since 2015. It’s a great quality for a good price. And so many styles. Also the business is based in my beautiful state California.

I was extremely pleased with the quality of this dress. I bought it a size up so that it would be elegant and still be flattering on my hourglass figure. The color is a more true turquoise blue than shown in the picture, which is fine because I didn't want something that was too purple or too bright. The other great thing about this dress is that the built-in underwire is removable so you don't have to deal with finding an ugly bra underneath!

SCAM! They rejected the return of unworn clothes due to perfume smell. Tricky thing - I am allergic to perfume and never use it. All the dresses had its tags and were tried on at home. I was after the shower and had no make up on. When I looked on the internet I found HUNDREDS reviews of similar situations with lulus. So sad I saw it only after I got in this situation. Beware. Don’t shop there.
